A precise cubic residence — silent by day, a glowing lantern by night.
Built with Pale Render, Black Anodised Aluminium, Low-Iron Glass, European Oak, the residence pairs blackened aluminium trim with restrained pale render and oak interiors. The contrast between exterior crispness and interior warmth is the central architectural idea.
A silent box by day, a lantern by night. Nothing more.
Located in a leafy inner suburb of Toronto, Bridgepoint Residence was completed in 2024 for a young family. The 380 m² home spans 2 above ground on a 720 m² infill plot, presenting a precise cubic volume to the street.
